David Moreno is a chef native to l’Aude, who’s love for authentic and sensible cooking led him to obtain one Michelin star for his restaurant, the Moulin de Durban. Today, he has abandoned the Moulin to start a new adventure: a bar and gourmet restaurant in the abbey of Frontfroide called “le Domaine Hospitalet”. The Mediterranean menu remains loyal to the decrees of a chef and winegrower on an estate that is also a wine-producing property.
