Franck Salein

Franck Salein is the chef of the Sources de Caudalie restaurant. Discovering his love for cooking though his Norman grandmother, Salein honed his culinary skills at the Gedda in Provence and worked at the Guérard, the Baumanière, the Château de Riell and other renowned establishments in London, Switzerland and Japan. He proposes a healthy cuisine that is savoury and low in calories.
