Take your leftover baked potato and pop it in the microwave. Heat it for 1 to 1 ½ minutes so it gets warm and the insides are still soft.
Cut your potato down the center into two halves. Carefully scoop out the insides of the potato into a bowl.
Do not puncture the skin. To your potato innards add your milk and butter and combine.
Add some shredded cheese and mix. Add your innards back into your potato skins and top with shredded cheese and bacon bits.
Place your potatoes back in the microwave for about 1 minute and serve.
