• 4 c. of cherries of the North pitted • 4 balls of ice vanilla • 200 g of butter • 100 g of sugar • 2 c. of Maraschino • 2 c. of Kirsch • 3 c. of juice of raspberries • 1 c. of almonds grilled • some leaves of mint |  |
Cooking recipe preparation instructions
In a frying pan, make melt butter and add sugar. When this last is melted, add the cherries and flame with the maraschino and the kirsch. Water with the juice of raspberry. Pour everything on a ball of ice vanilla, while finishing with grilled almonds and a leaf of mint.
