  1. Separate the strawberries. Take the nicest ones aside for the garnishing. Mix the others with the fresh basil, until you obtain a nice smooth sauce. Store it aside.
  2. Take the strawberries and cut them in half or into quarters.
  3. Then, put these strawberry pieces into the basil sauce.
  4. Place the strawberries with basil sauce in a concave, dessert or other dish, just as you like it. Bon appetite!
