  • 1 ½ cup all purpose flour

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 100gms rich chocolate

  • 100gms butter

  • Pinch of salt

Preparation Instructions

In a pan, melt the butter. Add the chocolate, making a paste. Stir occasionally.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.

Mix the sugar and eggs until fluffy and smooth. Add the vanilla essence and mix well.

Add the chocolate and butter mixture and mix well. Add the dry ingredients and mix well.

Grease a microwave safe dish with oil or butter and put the brownie batter into it. Bake for about 7 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
