  1. Peel 0.55 lbs. white grapes and let them marinate in Armagnac for a couple of hours, or the day before.
  2. Then, stuff the guinea fowl with the Armagnac soaked grapes.
  3. Salt, pepper, and put butter on the guinea fowl skin.
  4. Roast it in the oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees F, watering them regularly.
  5. Withdraw the Armagnac grapes from the guinea fowl.
  6. Serve with rice and poached pears.
