  • 1 bunch of flat parsely
  • 4 brochettes

  1. Cut the gigot into cubes of about 1.8 oz.
  2. Put them with the minced parsley, white wine, oil and vinegar in a salad bowl.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the garlic and onion, cut into large pieces.
